By accessing or using Quantix Commerce services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Quantix Commerce provides eCommerce automation and store management services across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, Target Plus, and Facebook Marketplace. Specific services and deliverables are defined in your individual service agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business.
The specific scope, pricing, and deliverables of our services are governed by individual service agreements signed at the start of each engagement. These Terms apply in addition to your service agreement.

Service fees are detailed in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
Service engagements are month-to-month with a 30-day notice period for termination by either party. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms or your service agreement.
You retain ownership of your business assets, brands, and content. We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, templates, and tools. Deliverables created specifically for you are licensed to you for your business use.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS. While we have a strong track record, eCommerce results depend on many factors outside our control: marketplace algorithms, competitor actions, product quality, market demand, and your own decisions. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, or growth outcomes.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantix Commerce shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantix Commerce from any claims arising from your products, business operations, marketplace policy violations, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state courts located in Delaware, USA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
